Hi,
I'm having a problem with printing check in oracle payables. The situation is like this:
We recently change printer driver setting in the Initialization field to 'blank' (previously was set to /017). Prior to this, we also change the checks layout. But after removing the initialization string, when we print the check using this printer driver, it is still using the old checks layout instead of the new modified layout.
Why is that happening? And what can i do to solve the problem? Did i miss a step or two? Pls advice.
We already bounce the concurrent manager as suggested in one of the forum i read, but it is still the same. Somehow it still print the old checks layout.
Im grateful if anyone can help me on this.
