how to give General Ledger Inquiry resposibility

Hi All,

I need to give read only access to the following modules for our new employees. Receivables, Assets, Payables and General Ledger. I can see assets Inquiry, Payables Inquiry and Receivables Inquiry responsibilities. Which is the responsibility for General Ledger Inquiry. How can I provide read only access to General Ledger Module.

I think you have to create a new responsibility using the Inquiry menu of GL.

You may need to have a look at the Applications Developer's Guide.
(Or) can be checked at the window help of responsibility screen.
Find out the menu name of the Inquiry menu and attach that to the responsibility.

Dear Vamshi,

I have created responsibity with GL_SU_INQUIRY menu, which contains Average, Budget, Journal, Funds, Account functions. Now it's working.
