Hi all
I did a party merge and now the new party has 2 accounts - one for the new party and the other one for the old party account.
Now I need to merge these two but my isuue is the old party customer account appears 3 times though the addresses are same but the site numbers ar diff for the 3 addresses.So now when I merge will the new party customer account will also be seen 3 times??? If so what should be done so that it can be seen only once???
or do I need to merge the customer acct which is showing 3 times and then merge that with the new party customer acct??
When I tried to merge the account which is seen 3 times it has 3 bill-to sites only and no ship-to sites.It says like the To-site and From-site are same..
Ex:
Party-ABC
cust acct1 -- ab
cust acct 2- cd- address123-- siteno 12
address234-site no-13
address456-site no -14
acct2 -cd-address123-site no-12
address234-siteno-13
address456-siteno-14
acct2- cd-address123-siteno-12
address234-siteno-13
address456-siteno-14
Can you suggest me whether merge is possible in this case??If so how????
