Dear All,

We are using oracle 10g at one location,we have one live dataguard of that database but since from last week that dataguard is not sync with production, now we have found that that issue has occured due to change of archive format, but still we are not able to find out how's that format hve changed even in spfile of production and dataguard log format is same (log_archive_format='ARCH_%t_%r_%s.arch'),so pls help

Production log_format:- ARCH_1_785313551_7719

Dataguard log_Format:- GOA'ARCH_1_785313551_6362

Fortunately for all of us Oracle DOES NOT randomly change the init parameters.
Someone with DBA role did it, perhaps you can find clues in the following:

* Check the database startup's in the alert log to locate the changed parameter.
* Also check in the "audit_file_dest" for the users which have connected to the database "as sysdba".
