When using recovery manager, do not put tablespaces in backup mode using the alter tablespace....begin backup command.

why?
i guess maybe Rman put the tablespace in hot backup status.
but i am not sure.
who can tell me why?

It doesn't so it doesn't require the overhead with putting a TS in back mode. Remember hot backups do an OS copy command whereas Oracle/RMAN does not. RMAN will verify the blocks have been written correctly or will error out. It will also make sure it is consistant. It also copies as Oracle blocks and not OS blocks.
