trigger=n syntax is ACUTALLY NOT SUPPORTED IN 8.1.6.
But the documentation says so~.
There was a seperate note released by oracle, stating the errors in documentaion.

You can manually drop the triggers later after the import (in target).

disable all / selective trigger before the export (in source, just disable them dont drop them. so after the export is done, you can enable them. when u import now,the triggers wont be created in target.)
