I have a sever on win nt on which my oracle database is running.
As some of my users are using this server for some purpose.
If a user is connect as administrator,he can easily connect to oracle as internal
and may damage my db.
Therefore how can I ask for password while connecting as internal in oracle 8i.

create a password file
