Hello All,
I have setup RMAN such that it is in machine say B while target database is in machine A and Catalog is in C.
Now, when i take backup through RMAN, the backup set is getting stored on machine A itself i.e where target database resides but the information is gettting stored in the Recovery Catalog machine C.
I want to know how can i store the backup in the machine where RMAN resides i.e in my case machine B. ??

I hope someone can reply back to me at the earliest.
Thanking u,

create a shared disk or a share in machine B.
Mount this share in Machine A ( Machine A should see this share as a local disk. But actually it is just mounted locally and stored in machine B. Make sure that this share is automounted after every system reboot).
