Hi
i am facing problem while database open ( oracle9i)
Total System Global Area 236000356 bytes
Fixed Size 451684 bytes
Variable Size 201326592 bytes
Database Buffers 33554432 bytes
Redo Buffers 667648 bytes
Database mounted.
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [ktuincrustat_1], [], [], [], [],
[], [], []
ORA-07454: queue timeout, 0 second(s), exceeded

Its a fatal error. Generally you need Oracle support.
But before that can you look into the alert.log of the database to know the exact reason.
does it happen all of a sudden or was there any failure?

And did you use Oracle resource manager to change anything?
As suggested , please look into alert log.
There should be trc file along with. Post the relevant contents.
