hi friends

i am facing problem while loging in oracle 10g enterprise edition.
when i installed on my sytem frist time its worked fine.
when i am log in second time it is showing error as

ora-12549:TNS:opearting system resorce quota exeeded.

attached jpg for reference


plz give me solution for me to avoid this error.

In Windows?

Buy the Server Version, most likely. At least if it's network sockets or something like that.

But have a look in the event viewer first, you should find some OS error message there, which should specify which resource was exceeded.
